But I don’t know the level of publicity given to that bill. There is nowhere in the constitution where the National Assembly is empowered to amend the constitution. These are some of the things I am talking about, the right thing is done the wrong way. Any law made by the National Assembly which is not consistent with the provision of the constitution is dead on arrival. So, the National Assembly should be looking at that rather than take actions that are beyond their powers.
